Main Beach Real Estate
Between 1983-1989 on behalf of Gordon Pacific Pty Ltd a major Gold Coast Development Company at the time I amalgamated more than 60 individual residential properties in Main Beach while operating as Owner/Principal at L.J. Hooker Main Beach Real Estate which resulted in the construction of many high-rise developments.
‘Coomera Springs’ Development
Acting as a Special Projects Manager for a large Melbourne-based company, I advised the acquisition of a large, 118.67ha site in Coomera, Gold Coast for which a Development Approval was sought for a 750-lot subdivision and Childcare facility.
It is presently being developed under the name ‘Coomera Springs.’
‘Global Plaza’ Development
Contracted a 12ha property in Oxenford, Gold Coast also whilst acting as Special Projects Manager. Following Development Approvals, this site has now been developed under the name ‘Global Plaza.’
Significant profits were secured for this client following sales of individual lots.
‘Hawthorne Woods’ Development
Whilst acting as the Acquisitions and Developments Manager for a large American company, I personally negotiated the Call Option Deed purchase with landowners in Pimpama of a 37.48ha site suitable of residential subdivision redevelopment for which I negotiated and obtained Development Approvals on behalf of the client.
This has now been developed as the ‘Hawthorne Woods’ estate.
‘Gainsborough Greens Golf Course’ Estate
While consulting for the same large American company as Acquisition and Developments Manager, I personally negotiated the purchase of the ‘Gainsborough Greens Golf Club’ a prime 231ha property in Pimpama on that company’s behalf.
I later sold the property to a third party on behalf of the American company.
This property is in the final stages of a 2000-lot upmarket Golf Course Development.
Further to the negotiation of the 231ha ‘Gainsborough Greens Golf Course,’ a further two properties were acquired through my consultation and negotiation of Call Option Deeds with landowners in Pimpama, Gold Coast for the same large American company.
One of which was a 135ha site developed into an adjoining Golf Course Estate to ‘Gainsborough Greens Golf Course.’
‘Strawberry Fields’ Development
In addition to the above 231ha ‘Gainsborough Greens Golf Course’ and adjoining 135ha site redeveloped into a 2000-lot Golf Course Estate, I negotiated the sale of a further 20.7ha property in Pimpama, Gold Coast for the same American company which was later resold for significant profit as forecasted to the client.
This is now being developed under the estate name of ‘Strawberry Fields.’
